Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon June 6, 2018 at 1:00pm in the First Baptist Church, Whitesville, WV.
Clergy: Dennis Dye
Interment: Pineview Cemetery, Orgas, WV with Military Rites by VFW Post #5578 Madison, WV.
Visitation will be 7 to 9 Tuesday evening at the church.
Eddie Webber, 78, of Whitesville, WV passed away at home after a long illness on June 1, 2018. He was born in Montcoal, WV to the late Joe Webber and Stella Kalinoski Webber. He was also preceded in death by siblings Joe Webber, Robert Webber and Helen Spence. Eddie was retired from Consolidated Coal, a United States Marine Veteran and a member of the First Baptist Church of Whitesville. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Peggy Wise Webber who was the love of his life; a daughter, Olivia “Diana” Ranson of Charleston, WV; two sons, Eddie “Huck” (Michelle) Webber Jr. of North Carolina and John Paul Webber of Dorothy, WV; a beloved son-in-law, Eugene Ranson of Charleston, WV; seven granddaughters: Stella “Sam” Ranson, Hannah Ranson, Kayla Webber, Aubrey Webber, Laierra Webber, Rebecka Kaufman and Jessica Swaim; one “grandson”, Erling Sanchez of Hondoras; six great grandchildren who were the light of his life; brothers, Raymond Webber of Hernshaw and Sammy (Phyllis) Webber of White Sulphur Springs; a sister, Nancy Schultz of Florida and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the First Baptist Church of Whitesville, WV if desired.
