Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon December 8, 2019 at two o’clock in the Clear Fork Worship Center, Artie, WV.

Eddie Duane Williams Jr. 44, of Artie, WV was called home on December 4, 2019. He was born on January 3, 1975 to Eddie and Martha Williams.  Ed was full of life and loved being outdoors. His favorite place was in the mountains, digging for ginseng and hunting. He loved fishing, playing with all the kids around and junking, and  building things. He truly loved life and would try anything. Of all of his jobs, roofing was his favorite where he got to go to work everyday with his friends. He loved sports and still played at tournaments for fundraisers. He coached his sons, football, basketball, and baseball teams, and was a WVU and Steelers Fan.  Following his families tradition, he was Golden Gloves Champion, he fought to go to the nationals, and was one fight away from being the champion. He went on to fight professionally and started his own boxing club. Ed is survived by his children, Linus Eddie, Anna  Mae and Easton Duane Williams; Parents: Eddie and Martha Williams, siblings, Monica Long, Anthony Williams (Tiffany), Alex Williams and Americus Williams, nieces and nephews, Dell Lee II, Natasha, Marissa, Austin, Malachi and Jett, great nieces and nephews, Trey, Hunter Remington, and Natalie; his fiancee, Stephanie Ashley. Ava and Nicholas Ashley. Along with family and friends, that he loved. He was preceded in death by his sister, April and brother in law Dell Long.
