Harlow “Jr.” Stover, 83, of Dorothy was promoted to his heavenly home on January 1, 2019.
The son of the late Harlow and Florence Stover, Jr. was a lineman of 42 years, an avid outdoorsman, and a man devoted to his wife and family.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 61 years Arolette Stover, his children, Renee Jack and companion Gary Buckland, Ronald Jeffrey (Angie), Stephen (Angel), HJ (Angela), and
Rosetta Honaker: additional children Rocky Scarbro, Ruby Hurd (Larry), Mona Smith (Rich), and Danette Runion (Timothy); 17 grandchildren including special granddaughter Christina Jack who took care of both grandma and grandpa, 21 great grandchildren, and his lifetime best friend Lynn Maynor.
Services will be held Friday January 04, 2019 at Workman’s Creek Church. Viewing will be held from 1:30 pm.-3:00 pm and funeral services will begin at 3 pm. Rev. Gary Maynor and Rev. Dwayne Williams will be officiating. Burial will follow at the Fulton Family Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Armstrong Funeral Home, Hospice, PCH Home Health, and the host of neighbors, friends, and family that provided love and support during this difficult time.
